MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING

One in four adults experience mental illness.

Looking after your physical health is key to supporting your overall health and well-being, including your mental health.

USING SCIENCE TO SUPPORT COMMUNITIES

The Allegr Better Together platform incorporates best practices from proactive mental fitness, elite sports & clinical psychology, behavioural science and medical research.

It carefully and uniquely combines functions that help people to become more goal and purpose driven, regain a sense of positive identity, and develop mental resilience.

Through carefully controlled community and group media functions it will support members with access to relevant tools and resources, as well as 'expert by experience' role-modelling.

Unlike many stand-alone digital tools currently available to support mental and physical wellbeing,
our process provides a solution to the critical underlying influence of social connection and detrimental impact that comes from various degrees of loneliness and forms of isolation.

In providing our members with access to a compassionate and supportive communal environment, designed to foster positive in-person engagement, we act as a catalyst and connective tissue from which to subtly but effectively leverage these existing best practices.

IT IS INCUMBENT ON TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES AND A NEW GENERATION OF HUMANISTIC ENTREPRENEURS TO IMAGINE AND DESIGN TECHNOLOGY THAT INTENTIONALLY STRENGTHENS OUR CONNECTIONS WITH EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF WEAKENING THEM, AND THAT SUPPORTS HEALTHY AND ENGAGED SOCIETY.
