FINALLY...
A CHANCE FOR COMMUNITIES TO EASILY INTEGRATE AN OWN-BRANDED SOCIAL PLATFORM -  CURATED SPECIFICALLY FOR THEIR MEMBERS.

OFFERING, THEREFORE,
A FAR GREATER DEGREE OF CONNECTION.

THE WHOLE PROCESS BEING SUPPORTED BY IN PERSON
ON-BOARDING AND HUMAN INVOLVEMENT.

Struggling with existing social media...

Alongside our events we have been trialing digital groups and from listening to communities it is clear that most really struggle to positively manage their membership with the existing tools within social media... they resort back to email, which just misses so much opportunity to connect and engage.

What communities have told us...

Organising events on WhatsApp is extremely hard. Conversation threads do not stay focused and there is no way of tracking responses.Small groups can be very effective on this platform, but group sizes tend to expand quickly - this can often have the effect of a drop in individual engagement, inappropriate content for the larger group being shared, and a reduction in more personal connection.

Community Facebook pages are very hard to manage because the platform generates so much White Noise, it is hard to keep focussed on a specific piece of information or content. Conversations often become hijacked and polarised by a minority, and anonymous or 'fake' user accounts spread distrust.

Empowering Communities…

Our Better Together platform will support private and group messaging, but with embedded events function to simply organise and track events and in-person activities. And we control group sizes, with specific permissions on joining and forming groups to promote positive human engagement, with no anonymous members.

Avoiding large public forums and without continuous news feeds or advertising, we can keep engagement focused in the moment. Alongside this, goal setting functions are designed to foster well-being and peer support, rather than anxiety.
